Meeting Room….not just for meetings!
The Meeting Room can be reserved for groups needing a quiet place to gather. We do ask that you reserve the room with several days notice (of course, we will accommodate your needs as best as possible) and that attendees make at least one purchase per person.
Full coffee carafes can also be purchased (coffee is fresh brewed upon arrival of first guest), we also offer a catering menu.
Contact Organic Grounds at 434-1800 or email organicgrounds@comcast.net to reserve your space.
The Meeting Room is also our GALLERY! We will feature local schools, crafters and artists. PLEASE do have a look around the room when it’s not in use and enjoy all the wonderful local talent we have here in the Valley! Join our email list and we’ll notify you when the Gallery changes venues.

Currently on display in the shop…..W.A.T.E.R.
We are honored to showcase information and photographs by Dr. Brad Striebig and his W.A.T.E.R. mission in Benin, West Africa.
The W.A.T.E.R. program is a partnership in health, engineering, and sustainable development between James Madison University, Gonzaga University and the Songhai Center in Porto Novo, Benin. Each year the project partners work together, providing training, resources, and appropriate technology that together improve access to clean water and knowledge about the importance of clean water to human health.
The Songhai Center has manufactured approximately 400 ceramic water filters during the first year as a result of the W.A.T.E.R. program.
W.A.T.E.R. provides real-world problems that students can address meaningfully, even as early undergraduates. From 2004-08, over 53 students participated in the interdisciplinary courses abroad or in their capstone design course.
The W.A.T.E.R. program is open to all college students in good standing. This work is paid for by tuition, grants, and donations to the program. Dr. Bradley Striebig, associate professor of engineering at James Madison University, teaches and leads the water quality portion of the program.
You can read this and much more on their website http://web.mac.com/water_dr/Site/W.A.T.E.R..html
Please take a moment to stop by the shop and see the display. We are honored and proud to bring this to the community.
